   I love racing games but rarely play them as I dont find controllers or mouse and keyboard feel right but I finally couldnt resist and bought the G920. And boy am I glad I did Everything about it is far better than I was expecting, if Im honest. The quality is really nice, both the wheel and the pedals are sturdy, and firm and best of all, the cables are really really long so I can leave the pedals under the desk, and the wheel to one side, when I do other things on the computer. In game it feels realistic and responsive I can honestly forget Im playing a game at times. My son borrowed it to play a drifting game and I cant get it back, now So, what are the downsides Not really the wheels fault, but setting it up for each game can be painful I noticed more than one driving game defaulted so the pedals were reversed like, pushing down on the accelerator slowed you down. More a fault of the software developers, really if it was easy to change in game, it wouldnt be too ,much bother but it isnt, and it is. Clamping to the desk is a bit of a mixed bag it just depends on your desk as to how well it will hold. My desk is hard wood, and quite thick, and I ended up putting some rubber mats between the desk and the clamps as it would work loose however hard I screwed the clamps. On my sons desk, on the other hand, it grips like a newborn koala For the price I dont think it can be beaten in fact I checked and I have spent more on racing games than I did on the wheel Max

   Good entry level wheel. I had some fun races using the wheel in GT7. You will need a wheel stand though for full benefits. The force feedback isnt the strongest, but it works well. Its very dependent upon the game too. Build quality is very nice.

   Wow Where Shall I Start The Price For This Stand Is Amazing They Say You Get What You Pay for In This Case I Got Way More Than What I Paid For . So Much Quality It Is So So Very Sturdy NO Wobble At All Its Heavy Made Out Of Good Steel Nothing Cheap About This Stand. It Does Take 2 People Putting On The Pedal And Steering Wheel Only Because You Have To See The Holes To Place The Screws In While The Other Person Holds It In Place. I Have The logitech G923 And All The Holes Match Up Perfectly No Flaws It Even Has holes For A Seat If You Want To Attach One. It Has All The Bolts And Tools You Need Great Directions Too. Dont Go Anywhere Else Spending An Arm And A Leg For Other Expensive Stands Because This Is A Quality Stand I Recommend This One For A Great Price. Youll Be Satisfied Guaranteed . 2 Girls Put This Together.

   As the title implies, the wheel is great. Never used a better, more accurate and feature filled wheel. The force feedback is amazing and the accuracy is very realistic also. The size is a bit small but I guess its just me who has big hands. I like the amount of buttons on it, playing trucking games, you need lots of buttons. I would be much happier with only the wheel and no pedals. Sitting in a regular executive type chair, putting pressure on the break can be difficult to keep the chair in place, if you are a lightweight, short person. There are no ways to adjust the pressure either and the base is plastic. The brake pedal is the worst but I hardly ever use it for trucking games. I cant play this with footwear although they want you to wear some I put socks over the clutch and throttle so I can play barefoot. The spacing between the pedals is wrong too. They still are not that bad, could be worse, could be better. The deducted star is for the subpar pedal system I might sell this set and get a spec built one instead. I personally prefer buying all my stuff separately so the pedals would have been omitted along with a discount. Buy this for the wheel, not the pedals.

   Based on my month or so of use, the G29 meets or exceeds my expectations. The reviews I read before pulling the trigger place the G27G29 at the top of the heap of nondirect drive wheels. I agree that the G29 is more than capable of delivering a realistic racing experience loads of fun. Set up was straight forward, basically plug n play. I didnt yet used the quick change mount since I mounted it directly to my DIY rig. This is my first wheel so my comment may not carry a lot of weight, but you can find plenty of glowing reviews. I will say that I probably couldnt have done better without shelling out BIG bucks for a direct drive unit. I dont see how one could be disappointed with the performance of the G29 racing wheel.
