I used these on a long run of timber garden fencing, securing panels to backing support struts. As with other ScrewFix fixings, these feel high quality and did the job really well.

I have used hundreds of these coach screws over the years and have never experienced any problems. Admittedly I use a lot more of the smaller length screws than these 90mm ones. These coach screws also screw into wood very easily, with or without a pilot hole. And can be unscrewed and rescrewed numerous times without any problems. Its not a problem but I have noticed that when some old coach screws have been removed, there is a surprisingly lot of corrosion around the thread. It doesnt look great, but can be reused without any loss of performance its just visual.

Whatever size or coating of these coach screws I have used, they are superb. Easy driving, firm hold, and they dont pull into the timber.

A simple way to make a frame for your decking or other diy jobs. I have used there big brother to do my fencing there made the job really easy. I brought these for another job on my list. And a smaller version just to keep in my tool box. Quick and easy and not to expensive.

Used for joining upper structure of the shed to the base. I needed particular size. Searched internet and what a surprise found them in Screwfix. They are good stuff. Doing job vell. They are big so I rather pre drilled holes, but Im sure they would go on easyly without.
