Description

Calcium Hypochlorite and acid dosing station, chemicals are dosed in a measured and safe manner directly from the delivery drums reducing manual handling and exposure.

Chlorine dosing is via the hopper screwed onto the supplied drum which is secured into place with clamp bands and safety straps. This is rotated into position for dosing. Dosing motor, screw, heated nozzle and empty switch facilitate the dosing of the granular Calcium Hypochloryte.

Acid dosing is via a peristaltic dosing pump, suction lance and injector in the dissolving system.

The dissolving system is comprised of the Prefilter, flushing tank, pressure switch, booster pump, venturi and mixing cyclone. Fault monitoring is continuously carried out via pressure, flow and level switches located within the system.
