All MD 110 photometers have a Bluetooth function. To make the most of it, Tintometer offers an app for mobile devices as well as a PC software with dongle. The measurement results are transmitted to external devices via the Bluetooth interface for quick evaluation and processing so that all data can be evaluated and assigned directly on site. The free app AquaLX is ideally designed for use in onsite measurements. Compatible with IOS and Androidbased smartphones and tablets, it enables uncomplicated data transmission. It maps all measured values as an illustrative graphic with minimum and maximum limits and supports the export of the data as an Excelcompatible CSV file. The IP 68 design of this instrument ensures that the MD 110 remains water tight for up to 1 hour at 0.1 meter. Dont worry about dropping the instrument into a body of water it floats The optical system of the MD 110 utilizes LEDs and interference filters which quickly gives you results that you can be confident in A onepoint calibration is possible. Additionally, all MD 110 instruments have the ability to display readings directly in ABS or T units Dont waste time waiting for your instrument to Zero after each test. When testing a new sample, zero the instrument once and all subsequent tests of that sample do not require you to rezero the instrument The MD 110 automatically stores the last 16 readings with time and date stamp. These results can be transferred to a spreadsheet using the IRiM accessory Whether youre using the MD 110 out in the field or in the lab, the design of the instrument makes it easy to handle and view the display. If youre using the instrument in the lab, the rubber feet on the bottom of the housing eliminates the need for two hand operation or to chase your instrument around the workbench. Not impressed with these at all. Compared to other brands these are very weak when the colour comes through. Will go back to old ones as they were much better visually.

Neither my wife or I could ever read the ordinary test strips and match it to the color scale. With this system of strips and the device to measure and give display a number, the problem is resolved. In the beginning I measured the water at home and then took it to my Pool Spa for their computerized readings. There was a slight difference .895 on the pH and my recordings were low compared with theirs. For months now I simply divide my recordings by this factor and have no differences now. Prior to this system I was all over the board. As an aside, Im a retired chemist and was upset with my yoyo results. Now taking care of my hot tub is a snap.

I like these. Dip tests quite expensive but DeepBlue is a good brand. Im happy with the results when I use them in my spa.

Great quick dip stick. Little tip cut them up the middle to double your monies worth as you can still see the colours. If your anything like me you can go through them fairly quickly.
