This is a good all round heater and the cut out switch is a good extra when moving around

Nice heater. Done some testing on the product. It is 1305W on heat position 1 245vAC, and 1948W on heat position 2 246 vAC. The instructions dont really tell you what you need to do to set it up, the instructions are more of a disclaimer if you do anything wrong. My tariff is 37.876 pence per kwh. Therefore the heater will cost me 49.4p to run for 1 hour at position 1, and 73.5p per hour at 1948W at heat position 2. There are no gradients on the thermostat control, and also no paint on the end of the control knob to tell you which way around the knob is when you are turning it. So in poor light its easy to get confused. There is a line in the knobs plastic, but it has not been filled in with white paint so its easy to see. The thermostat needs setting up when you have achieved your desired temperature, and when it turns off it will drop two degrees before the heater turns on again. Needs setting up using a thermometer in a room ideally if this heater is going to be the only heat source in the room. As it is a fan heater to allow the air to flow through it there is no heat retention in the ceramic once the heater turns off on the thermostat. To get the energy stored in the ceramic the fan would still need to continue after the heating element turned off . That doesnt happen with this heater as ot would need a different design of ceramic fan heater, therefore it is no cheaper to run than any other non PTC heater. The fan is a bit noisey but that is more a product of the fan size and the speed it is going, but it is not excessively noisey.
