The Spectrum small is a twoperson infrared cabin designed with a contemporary feel in mind. The modern exterior complements the hemlock interior, and you will experience luxury inside with the extralarge carbon crystal heater panels. Seven heating panels will heat your body from within using infrared rays, which are low on the EMF scale. You can dim the lights or change their color, listen to your favourite music using the Bluetooth speakers, or simply relax against the ergonomic backrest. Adjust the temperature, time, and more with the digital control panel.

I spent some time looking into these before purchasing. This one is UK made and very good quality fabric. I have used this sauna 30 minutes a day since I bought it. It works very effectively, the seat is not comfortable though. I addressed this by removing most of the fabric from the upright back of the seat so that the IR rays can make skin contact and I bought a mesh lumbar support on ebay and strapped it to the back, it is now really comfy. One needs to be very careful about initial use and gradually build up. We are bombarded with chemicals every day in our water, food, air and just about everything else. I started on the long road of detoxing some years back, however there are substances like mercury, hallides and other heavy metals that the body struggles to detox, and so stores in fat. This is an area where the infrared sauna excels. Regular sweating with far infrared saunas ensures toxins are safely removed, up to 20 in sweat. They are also great for so many health conditions, so you dont have to be in top physical condition to use them. My only caution would be to ensure proper hydration before and after use, and make sure you are replacing lost electrolytes, I add 14 tsp of Himalayan salt to a litre of water and drink half before and half afterwards. Its also a good idea to take minerals to replace those lost through sweating, I take magnesium, iodine and zinc as weIl as a good multi. I would also recommend spending some time on the internet and educating yourself about sauna use. In summary, this was a great buy other than the seat which is included anyway, so I will still give it 5 stars.
